Displaying the name of the Field Group

I’ve got a field group created with a bunch of fields in it. It’s easy enough to display those individual field values in the theme, but is there a way to pull the name of the field group you created in WP and display that in the theme?

ACF doesn’t save data about the Field Group, only fields inside of it.

Bummer. I guess I though three might be a way to pull that from the database somewhat easily. Oh well, I can always just add a new field in with that name as a predefined value. Thanks.
