Displaying certain posts for certain users

Hi I have a custom Post Type called “modules”, which contains lots of reading material, from this I’ve created a user relationship custom field, I’ve selected different modules for each of my tester users which works fine, however I’m struggling to output any of these posts I’ve linked to a user.

The basic idea is that certain users can see certain content depending on what an admin would set up, so I’m just trying to figure out a simple way of outputting all the modules linked to a user.

I’ve attached a graphic showing some test relationships I’ve created for one of my test users.

Any help / pointers welcome.
