Display Sub field id and label?

Hi is there a way to display the id and label of the sub field in the front end?

I want to create a loop that displays the all the sub fields label and id related to a post. Does ACF create unique ids for each custom field in a post? Any idea how to do this.

Can you describe what you’re using the sub fields to build, and also give an example of what your ID and label would contain?
