Display repeater sub field creation/ post update time

Basically, I’m creating a very basic case management site (with frontend forms in the very near future).

I’m using a custom post type named “case” to keep all cases in one place. One of the fields for a case post is a repeater field with a textarea subfield to log down case notes.

On the single-case.php page, I want to be able to display the time each textarea subfield is created + the post is updated.

Is there anyway to do this?
