Display Pages in Tabs on Home Page

I have 8 portfolio pages that I want to put into a tabbed 1/4 x 2 grid on the home page.

I can use WP Query to get the information BUT, I on the home page, I want to use an ACF to field to define the 8 pages and the order they appear.

ATM I have 8 fields which are just page links but it is really messy… I was hoping there might be a way to isolate it into one single acf field where the user just selects a page per section and potentially sorts the order?

Is this possible? Is there a field for this?
