Since one of the last update (sorry, i have not noticed) I’m unable to use tag in the field title :(.
For example in one of my meta-box i used Expiration date <small>(visible up to)</small> but now it show me the tags…
Do you think you’ll re-implement it in a next release ?

E doesn’t generally read these forums very much and relies on other users to help him out here.
I just tried this in the latest version of ACF5 and it’s working for me, as smaller text <h1> and other tags seem to be working as well. Have you tried deactivating other plugins? Maybe an update to something else is causing it.
