Display image based on dropdown field value

I would like to have an ACF dropdown field and based on the selection I would like to display an image when the field is used as a dynamic condition in Elementor.

I’ve found this:

As this was 2014 I’m wondering of their maybe an easier way to achieve this today.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
