Display fields from options page based on a pages radio/select value

Hi there, I have an interesting problem that needs a solution.

• I have an options page with a repeater list of testimonials with 4 fields (value, label, image, quote).
• I have dynamically populated a radio box in a flexible content field to be able to select a testimonial, this displays a list of the testimonials on the options page.

My question, how can I load the actual testimonial fields (image, label, quote) from the options page based on which testimonial the admin selects when creating a testimonial block?

If admin selects testimonial radio button value ‘john-smith’ from page edit screen load ‘john-smith’ testimonial from options page.

Appreciate any assistance and if it’s not 100% clear, I can clarify further.
