Display all subfield labels of a group

Hi everyone,

I’ve run into an issue that I couldn’t understand how to solve through the documentation.

Currently I have a field group called Variations that is a group type. I want to be able to display the field label of each subfield in the Variations tab so if an author were to add a new subfield, the front end would be updated as well.

I’ve attached an image to help visualize my situation.
