Disable first load of posts list in relation field

Hi, I am working with a repeater field (ACF PRO V5) that has inside a lot of relation fields, and I want to know if it is possible to disable the first load of the list of posts, that only display the posts list when you start typing in the input field. My question is because that this first load makes the charging of the post editing page very slow.
