Denied access to configuration page

Without sufficient permissions to access this page.

When trying to access the configuration page of the plugin appears this error.
Does anyone know how to solve?

Does the user-role you’re logged in as have the ‘manage_options’ capability?

Yes, my access is Administrator.
Also uninstalled the plugin access control and yet did not have access.
