delete data from USER_ and POST_ META

We have deleted a few ACF forms from the system which we no longer use. We don’t need the data from them either.

Is there are way to delete ALL the data and fields and meta fields associated with these forms from both USER_META and POST_META?

Bit of a bummer. I wrote a bunch of SQL statements in the end to remove them. But a bit of a bodge tbh.
