Default to upload tap for gallery field on acf_form

I have a frontend form with a gallery field, right now when using the gallery field it defaults to showing media that’s already uploaded to the site, however I’d like to to default to the upload tab and ideally prevent frontend users from seeing or picking existing media.

Anyone know if this is possible?
