Declare fields in functions.php ?

Hi,

I use ACF for a lot of projects in my job, and it’s very useful.

I want to know if i can create custom fields directly in my functions file ?

It’s very important to me and i don’t see that in the documentation.

Import / Export feature is my solution, found in support search.
