Date time picker appears to shows unwanted seconds

Hi,

I have a date/time picker field that I’ve set up using a custom format (the same for both display and return): j F Y, g:i a

When a user is editing a post with this field they’re being shown the hours (g), minutes (i) and a third option, which I assume is seconds even though I’ve not specified this in the set-up. Please see attached JPG. I’ve been using this custom field for some time and it has always just shown hours and minutes. Only recently has a user pointed out the issue. Can anyone suggest how I can get rid of the seconds from the picker?
