Date Picker saved with "@" format make problem with computer timezone

When i save a date field in the format @, when it shows the date takes the timezone of the computer, which makes me different dates when users have different timezones, and when a user does not notice and change a distintc field of the date and updates it produces different results to save the date. All this make that the user confusing abut the day selected.

Can you explain where you’re putting this @? Maybe provide screen shots of the problem?
