Date Picker Not Showing Correct Format

Hi all,

I have question and need advise from you regarding date picker not showing correct format,

first I set ACF like pict below:

but on the display is not correct like pict:

my host use PHP 7.1 please your suggestion and solution..

How is the values added? Normally, by editing the post in the admin? Some other way?

What code is being use to show the value?
