Is it possible to add Field Groups to the main Dashboard page ? … is it easy ?

No, ACF does not give you a way to do this directly. You would need to create a dashboard widget and get/update fields to where they are stored in your widget code. https://codex.wordpress.org/Dashboard_Widgets_API
