Customize numbers field output

Hi, i use a few numbers field’s on a customers website. The problem is that i need different formats for the numbers fields. Example:

Field 1 is for Money: The output is 130000€ but it should 130.000€
Filed 2 is for floors: The output is 1.5 but should 1,5.

When i enter 150.000€ in the field, the Point will be removed. If i enter 150,000€, the output is 150€.

But i need the Correct output for the German Real Estate Market.

Is there an WP Filter where i can change the output format for every field?
