customize button controls on InnerBlocks

I’m trying to build a button inner block that has some but not all options/settings. I’d like to remove the link option from the toolbar and remove all sidebar options except color settings. Can someone point me in the direction of an ACF documentation or tutorial that shows this, or do I have to go the javascript route?
