Custom URL that uses the Custom Post Title

Hi

I am trying to set up landing pages based on location.

I have added locations in my custom post type for example.

Leeds
Bradford
Manchester

And in the custom permalink of the ACF post type I have added this

grab-hire-company-

I somehow need to append the post type location to the url so it looks like this

grab-hire-company-LEEDS

Is this possible and I hope this makes sense 🙂
