Custom fields with input on the frontend

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to display the custom fields elsewhere than on the back-office pages?
Let me explain: When we create a custom field and add it for example on the page “home” we get in the edition of the home page our custom field with its input to be able to inform.

I have an ad site, I would like to add a custom field on the ad add page so that the user can enter information when adding and then via the code, make an echo for display the response of the field.
