Custom attachment field to image gallery

Hello, Im using Gallery add-on. I have extra fields for attachments as select, check box and text inputs. Now Gallery add-on displays only Title, ,description and alt fields at post edit view.

I need to add others fields too.

Any tips or ways or something what can help me?
