Creating a review section with ACF and front end posting.

Hi all

I wanted to create like a system which allows people to add a comment to a custom post type and leave a rating i.e 1-5.

I know how to do the back end stuff apart from how you allow people to submit content through the front end and expose the correct ACF fields while making it secure from hackers.
