Create Rows in Front End

Hi,

I was using the ACF Plugin Pro before the latest update and it was working fine. After update, when I am trying to create rows from the front end using this code

// Create the periods
		update_field('contract_rates_periods', 4 , $post_id);

is not working. Before it was fine. Does anyone else have the same problem after latest update? Version 5.2.5
