Create new posts by import

Hey everybody,
I’m trying to figure it out, how to import and create new posts with ACF PRO

I have a JSON file with all the information, and I want to upload it and create new posts with that information

1. I want to know if it possible to do that
2. If it is possible to add information to repeater field too
3. If it possible to update post/s by import

I don’t mind to work with plugin, PhpMyAdmin or another way

For importing, including ACF fields I generally use WP All Import Pro. There are other plugins as well, but all of those that handle ACF fields are premium plugins.
