Hello:
I have read through the documentation and have googled all evening without much to show.
What I would like to do is create a POST / PAGE independent item that is not locked to a particular page. The sort of thing that you see in the WP Admin screen with a thumbtack icon on the left menu, I think.
Can ACF natively do this, or will I need to either programicably add the CPT or use the CPT UI plugin to create it?
