Could not update meta value when updating custom field

This is happening on all our custom fields.
Latest versions of wordpress/elementor pro/acf (free)/monster insights (free) & astra theme.
Update ONLY an ACF field on a custom post type, and it fails with:

Updating failed. Could not update the meta value of _monsterinsights_skip_tracking in database.

If I disable monster insights, I then get an error related to Astra Theme

Updating failed. Could not update the meta value of ast-site-content-layout in database.

Changing theme stops the astra error, and deactivating monster insights stops that error, however we need both of those active. Unsure if this is an ACF issue?
