I use this wordpress for my personal wiki
How can I create contact for example name , telephone number and keep adding it?

Doe sit make sense what I ask? sorry if my question is stupid?

If you want to repeat field, you can use the Repeater field. For each of the repeaters you can add custom fields such as name, phone number.
