Contact form returning data – "undefined"

Hi guys, so our contact forms started returning “undefined” when people submit their information.

I’ve tried deactivating – activating the plugins and still doesnt work.
I’ve also tried the compatibility with the other plugins – so it’s not from them.

Any Ideas ?

It turn outs its from the custom theme bug , so I guess its not from the ACF plugging.
