Conditional Logic not function

Hello, i find this tutorial http://www.elliotcondon.com/conditional-logic-for-advanced-custom-fields/ but not function.

I need to have a similar conditional logic. In the tutorial speak about “create a function and attaching it to the action acf_head-input. This will run in the head of any page where ACF generates input fields.” but missing on tutorial and the link page have a 404 error. Can you help me?
