Conditional Field Groups

I have created two field groups and created a condition with the intent that it loads the other field group.

Post Type X
Field Group A
– Show Field group B

Field group B(not associated with the page or field group A at all)

Is this all?

I do not quite understand what you are trying to do. Are you talking about a clone field? Then yes; once you have set A to be a clone of B it pretty much does what it says on the package.
