I would like to create on my Website with Avada Theme installed a Compare Products if possible without using Woocommerce. It need only to view differents tech specs about our product.

ACF only allows you to add custom fields to the admin.
It is up to you and your skill with what you are using to build the site to build something as complex as comparing products (posts) and the custom fields on those posts.
Your best source of information for something like this will be Avada documentation and support.
