Often we change the fields in groups or entire field groups. And unused fields remain in the database …
I think it would be welcome to create a “Optimize!” button, which would allow the developer to remove all the unnecessary and not used datas to optimize…

Thanks for the post.
I have submitted this request to the plugin author, this feature would really come in handy when a lot of changes are made to the field group entries.
I would also recommend you have a look at this plugin that also offers this functionality out of the box: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-clean-up-optimizer/
No way should that idiotic plugin be used. Here’s what I found on one of my websites, echoed on a thread on that plugins WordPress forum.
