Checkbox "Toggle All" highlight

I really think the “Toggle All” checkbox for the checkbox field should be highlighted in some way, so it stands out from all the other normal checkbox options.

Perhaps have it in bold font. Or put some margin-bottom on it to separate it from the other choices.

I’ll have a think about this, but for the meantime, please use some custom CSS to style the label / checkbox:
