Checkbox checking itself

Hi all,

I’ve a problem on a website that has been up and running for some time — namely that a checkbox I use to trigger a particular thing to show has started occasionally checking itself on certain pages.

This seems to be entirely at random — can anyone shed any light on why this might be, or what might be done to stop it from doing it again?

Have you noticed any pattern with the issue? Does it happen after save? or during the page load? Or just a random time into the page?
