Change width of admin fields based on user selection

Hi, I have put together a simple layout builder using Flexible Fields. I would like to be able to change the width of the fields on the backend based on the user selection. Eg. if you select 50%, the field width in the admin area is changed to 50% and so on.

I couldn’t find any documentation on how to get values from acf fields on the backend – can anyone help at all?
