Change field layout in metabox

Hello,

I have created a field group for which I need to customize the layout of the fields in the meta box. I can’t find any documentation on how to achieve the layout that I require. Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached a screenshot of the layout of the fields needed in the post editor.
