Anyone know how to achieve this? My customers don’t need to see English, but me, as the developer, want to have English menus for ACF. Any ideas?:)

Do you mean WP-admin in general or is it an issue with ACF?
Since WP 4.7 the admin language is defined per user – on the account edit. So your admin can be in English and other users can se whatever language they like.
