cant upload image via front end form

Ive been trying to fix this for 3 days now Ive moved my site to a new server the old version work fine http://www.lovedforever.org but on the new server http://www.lovedforever.org.uk I cant upload any images I’ve checked all setting on the server and every thing seems to be fine on that end I’ve deactivated any plugins that I installed since the move but no luck at all I still can upload any image s at all
