Can't seem to add more fields in my Field Group?

I am attempting to create a table with 7 rows and 8 columns. My current setup is that each Row is a Repeater with 8 sub-fields, that make up the column entries. As I was setting this up in the Custom Fields interface, I just hit Duplicate, to create the new Row. This was all working great until I got to the 6th row. It will only allow for 2 sub-fields and no more. When I attempt to add the 7th row, and hit Update, it does not display anything.

Is there a limit on how many fields can be added in a group?

Is there another method I should be using to achieve this same functionality?

I contacted the host provider and they changed the settings as recommended and it worked! Thanks
