Can't login

I am not able to login to my website user account ([email protected]), only in the forum.

I tried to reset the password but i had no luck. What happen ?

Also my account username appear to be info214 isntead of mountainthemes. Could you provide the correct user and a password for my account ? the reset password system is broken.
