Can't delete file to upload a new one.

I had a simple image field. It had an image selected from my upload. I navigated to the Media Library where I deleted that photo. I then navigated back to the post with the field. The image is obviously not there (because I deleted it) but I can’t “X” out (delete) the image to upload another in it’s place. You can’t really do anything at this point with that image field.

Is this a know issue?
