Can't add field group to options page

When trying to save the field group assigned to the options page, the changes don’t persist. The location rule is set to display the field in my options page, but this setting disappears after saving. So I can’t add fields to my options page. There’s no error, it just disappears. What can I do?

I’m using WordPress 4.3 and ACF Pro 5.3.0

Hmm I have not experienced this issue myself with my many projects using options pages..

Would you try removing the rule and instead add it as the primary rule instead of the post_type. Just for testing 🙂

Ok, I had to disable the plugin “Dynamic Hostname” and everything worked as usual. So, apparently there’s something incompatible between the two.

I see.. That seems like a somewhat untested plugin with no ratings.
It uses a lot of hooks as well so it’s quite possible it messes with other things 🙂

If you’re really intent on using it I think you should notify the author of the plugin and perhaps he/she fixes the issue.

Feel free to post in the forums again if you’re in need of help with ACF.
