Can't activate licence

Never had this problem before.

I recently deployed a website for a customer on their hosting (could be related).

I can’t activate my ACF Pro licence on it (connexion error, impossible to reach server).

Any suggestions?

Hi @guillaumemolter

This most likely due to a firewall or a proxy server preventing the plugin from connecting to the acf license server.

If the problem is not resolved, open a private support ticket with the acf helpdesk.
