Hi all! I wanted to write here in case it helps anyone in the future. I’m bundling ACF with a premium plugin, as per these instructions: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/including-acf-within-a-plugin-or-theme/ and when uploading the plugin via the zip plugin installer, I was getting a “plugin does not have a valid header” message. Plugin would then install with no problems from the dashboard plugin screen. After HOURS of research, the culprit was removing the plugin header from acf.php when bundling inside your plugin.

Do you know if there is going to be any conflict if the users already have either free or Pro version of ACF active?
