Bug when updating with acf_add_options_page

When using acf_add_options_page() in functions.php ACF PRO throws errors and refuses activation when updating because these functions are undefined while activating.

You have to do a check for the function before calling it.

I think there should be a hook to use, like the acf/include_fields for adding field sets through code.
