blank boxes after migration to 4

I just updated to version 4 from 3, the front end didnt change but in the admin I have like 3 or 4 empty text boxes in IE then the rest are filled in from content before. I see the field values before page is finished loading then they disappear, is there something wrong with tinymce?
Firefox all boxes are filled, any ideas?
