Attach personnal options page to acf

Hello

I’m making my options template pages in the admin.

there is a way to attach a personnal option page to the ACF options pages ?

for example:
I have “Videos” options page; in this page the admin will add some tutorials videos.
For the editors, I wish they can just read the videos but not adding another videos or modify them.

So I thought create a personnal option page with an edit_pages capabilities. In this page call the field and add this custom page to the ACF options page menu

And another question there is a way to create a special template for the ACF options page ?
