Assign Taxonomy Based on Custom Field Value

  • I am using the latest version of ACF and WordPress and WooCommerce.

    What I am trying to do is replace WooCommerce’s Product Category selection with a custom field dropdown. How can this be done since the category of a product is a taxonomy value and not stored in meta?

  • Can anyone please help?
